PRIVACY NOTICE · 17 OCTOBER 2026

Your music.
Your privacy.

Who handles your request

Michele Caraglia, music producer, Italy. Contact: michele.caraglia.prod@gmail.com.

What you send

Your name, email, listening link, answers about the track and the kind of help you’re looking for. Instagram, track title, reference and previous attempts are optional. Answers are submitted only when you press “Send your track”. No audio is uploaded to this website.

How it is used

To assess whether I can offer useful feedback, select requests and reply about your track. If selected, I use your contact details to arrange and deliver feedback. You are not added to a newsletter. Submitting does not require buying a service.

Processing is for handling the request you initiate, including steps towards a potential service where relevant. Basic abuse prevention protects the form. Your music is not published, shared as promotional content or used to train an AI model by this application.

Storage and access

The form is hosted through OpenAI Sites and stores submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database. Requests are accessible through a protected studio inbox. Hosting providers process data to operate the service; data may be processed outside your country under the providers’ applicable safeguards. There are no advertising trackers or newsletter integrations on this page.

Retention

Requests are retained for up to six months. The application removes older requests during subsequent submission processing; you can request earlier deletion at any time. Separate records may be needed if you later enter a paid collaboration. Daily anti-abuse counters use a daily hash of the network address, rather than storing the address in the request, and are cleared during later submission processing. Hosting infrastructure may also keep operational security logs.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or raise an objection, by emailing Michele at the address above. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Italy’s Garante. Only provide a track you are entitled to share for a private review.
